Crazy? Maybe!

I have started crocheting five-petal flowers. I don't know how many I'm going to make, but it may end up being quite a few. The weather has gotten rather warm again,so I haven't been making as much stuff lately. This is the reason for the flowers. I just got bored one night, and I started crocheting them.

Here are the flowers I have made so far. I have an idea for how I can use them, but I haven't worked out the details just yet. Well,I guess that is it.

Scrappy Snakes

I have made these crocheted snakes that I call Tunisian Crochet Scrappy Snakes (long name,I know..). They are from my own design, and I make them out of scraps of yarn. Here are a couple of photos.

I don't have an exact pattern for them, because they are kind of still in the testing phase. I'm actually selling the top one at a craft fair in July, that my mom is also selling her jewelry at.
I'm also making other various crocheted plushies to sell. I don't know if I will end up selling the snake, but who knows? Anyway,I had better be going.
Bye-bye!

Halloween in June

Last night I decided to crochet a little Jack-o-Lantern. I think it came out pretty well. I could of made the vine a little better, though. Oh,well. I designed it myself, and I wrote down the pattern as I was making it. I might post the pattern, but I might need to do a little more testing first. Here is a photo.

It took a little bit of experimenting to embroider on the face just right. Well,I guess that is it!

Creativity?

A while ago,I decided to start making my own magic yarn ball. I started collecting all the leftover bits and pieces from my projects that were long enough, and I started tying them all together. I made a crocheted pillow with my first magic yarn ball (only at the two ends of the pillow, though),so I began collecting scraps for the second one. Um...I really think I need to figure out something to use it for. It's about the size of a basketball, and I have about two 1 gallon bags worth of scraps to go!

This is a photo of my basketball of yarn.  -_-  Wow,that is a lot of scraps of yarn. I'm wondering how a crocheted and/or knitted monster would look made out of this. Well,I guess I had better get busy trying to make something out of this yarn.
See you.

Good vs. Evil

I decided to do this post tonight. A couple years ago,I decided to crochet these bunnies for Easter. I ended up making a light yellow one to test out the pattern. My brother wanted it,so I gave it to him.

After a few bunnies,I decided to make another one for my brother for Easter. I made it in black yarn, and I gave him bright red eyes.

Now this might seem a little weird. Why does he have a good bunny, and an evil bunny? I'm not quite sure, but I don't know how well they get along. I guess the bunnies only know...

Well, that's the story behind these bunnies. Oh,by the way,you can find the pattern for these bunnies at this website.

Bye (again)!

Crocheted Blankets

A few years ago I crocheted two blankets for myself. One is actually made out of various yarn I had in my stash of ,and the blanket is even organised by color! Here are the photos of the two blankets. The second one is made out of the various yarns.

They are both sitting on a twin sized bed. I also made a blanket for my Dad for Christmas awhile ago. It is a combination of dark blue, and a sort of off-white color. Well,I think that is it. I might have another post today for the good vs. evil story of these two crocheted bunnies I made for one of my brothers. The story is mostly in the photos, but I think it gets the point across.  =]
Bye!
