Summer?

For the past couple days,the weather has been fairly warm around here. The other day it got up to about 90 degrees!  0_0  Oh,well. I guess that just means it is getting closer and closer to Summer time. I think I will update you all on a few projects I've been working on. I started working on these crocheted things called Spherical Creatures. They are from my own design,and for some reason I like to give them fangs...? Anyway,here are some photos.

They all vary in size,either from the choice of yarn and crochet hook,or from the way I crocheted them. I've been thinking of putting up the pattern for my worsted weight verison of the pattern (first photo). I'll have to figure out how to type it all out,though. I guess that is it,for now.

Random...

I just figured I would take a few photos of the flowers in our back yard. The last one is a photo of the garden at the side of our house. I'm sorry it's so dark. I was in the shade at the time. Maybe I'll be able to take a better photo at some point. Anyway,I guess that is it. =]

Crocheted Flower by Candlelight

Last night a storm went through that was a combination of hail,lighting,rain,and thunder. Our power also went out last night,and I decided to do a little experiment. I found out that I can (somewhat) crochet by candlelight! I only crocheted for a few minutes,but I did finish about half of a flower. Here is a photo of the flower.

Chubby Chirps Update

In my first Chubby Chirps post I said there was another Chubby Chirp I made,so I figured I would post the photo. So,here you go.

The yarn I used has more pink in it,but for some reason my camera doesn't like this colorway (oh well). Anywho,I'll put up the link for Rebecca Danger's blog again,so you can get this free pattern.
